We are looking for an active working partner or an investor to partner in “The Condo Watchdog-Thailand”
This is a start up opportunity to invest in the development of a master franchise opportunity in Thailand. Initially we are looking to open and operate our first office in Pattaya, and once developed, franchise offices in every major residential real estate area within Thailand. As a working partner, you would be required to work with real estate agents and property developers on a daily basis. This opportunity creates a win-win situation for both developers selling “Off Plan” condominiums and the end buyer of “Off Plan” condominium developments.
This is a unique concept, both in marketing and sales within Thailand, and would suit a person who has had previous experience in sales, be that in real estate, or any other relationship building and selling roles. If you have the vision and the drive to get involved in a start up opportunity, with the desire to create a master franchise agreement, then we would like to talk to you. The directors of “The Condo Watchdog” are highly experienced in sales, sales marketing, and sales training, and believe that the product that they have created will fill a niche in Thailand’s property market now and into the future.
We believe that this concept will create a lucrative business opportunity in the long term to either a working partner, or an investor. As a working partner, we will work right along beside you to maximise what this opportunity represents. We currently have a Thai Ltd. Company set up which allows for a work permit.
