I have a Thai Corporation already set up. I am not doing any business with it, but I have to pay taxes every year. I can continue paying taxes, dissolve the corporation (expensive) or transfer it at whatever price I set. To avoid dissolving (expensive) I choose to sell it at the cost of the legal fees. This is either 3,000 or 6,000 Baht depending on if it is necessary to change the names of the Thai partners in the corporation.

So instead of paying 25,000 Baht to set up a new corporation, you can take over this one for 3-6,000. You will also get introduced to a very good law firm in the process.

I had incomplete information before, and the price I posted was higher.

The paperwork is at the Jomtien Beach branch of Pensit & Laws legal office, but I think you can be anywhere in Thailand and have it done.
