I have two Internet game online shops for sale in Ayutthaya.Shop one is 16 months old and is located in a three story building.Its comprises of 27 computers 21 with new LCD screens(one month ago) and 5 with standard monitors.The shop has two zones one for game online and one for Internet,both zones are controlled by a security programme with acts as the accounting system.Everything was purchased new and has the remaining peroid of a three year warranty.The manager of the shop lives on site.The start up cost of the equipment alone was 1,400,000 million baht.

Shop two opened for business in August of last year,this shop has the same high spec computers( all LCDs) but is a one storey building with no accomodation.this shop has a manger who resides in shop one.This shop also has a programme to control the computers and daily takings.The start up for this was 700,000 baht.

The rent on both shops is 16000 baht per month and the electrical bills are approximately 16000 baht per month.
Internet for both shops is 6500 per month.
The managers are paid 11,500 baht in total.
The shops turn over on average 130,000 baht per month combined.
The computers all have original windows licences and a LTD company is available for shop 1,a work permit is currently issued.
I a looking to sell these purely because I have a new idea and I wish to move to persue this.I would remain in Ayutthaya to facilitate the transfer and give a one month training programme on all related aspects of the gaming.
