Investor or Travel Agent Partner wanted...>
A country-wide operating Incoming Tour Operator in Thailand, with the TAT Inbound License, is looking for an Investor and/or Partner, who is maybe also interested to work (will get Work Permit if foreigner).

The Companies Head-office is located in Koh Samui & is active within whole Thailand with:
Hotel & accommodation-booking Services
Transfer Services
Online booking System
VIP Tours (at the moment only active in Samui)
...and much more

At the moment, we are serving for several Travel Agencies in Europe.

I am looking for an Investor / Partner, who is willed to invest in this Business and is also welcome to work.
with the Investment / Partnership, the Person would get the right to act as the Companies Shareholder and would use all rights of the Tour Operator.

Experienced Person would be preferred, if wants to work at the management but not necessary, I can give the Training.

The price for this investment, with 40 % Share of whole Companies Profit: 1.000.000 Baht. With this amount, the investor is permanent 40 % shareholder & will get the Profit monthly and owns the Company with this percentage.

At the moment, the Company has an average net-profitable income of about 250.000 - 300.000 baht/monthly, but this Profit is increasing with launching local VIP Tours on Samui Island & have good advertising in the Website of the Tourism authority of Thailand.
We expect an increase of about 100 % in the next 5-6 month.

The reason for this offer, actually, I am looking to expand the owned Inbound to expand and increase the number of arrivals, which means, the profitable income will increase.
