Every heard of the Slingbox? It a completely legal box that transfers a TV signal (from an antenna, satellite dish, DVR, cable,etc.) through an internet connection to your own computer. From anywhere to anywhere that there is a fast connection. I have it hooked up presently to a friend' s Dish network in the USA and it works fine if you have a fast connection.
Very easy to set up on both ends, great service department from Slingmedia. See more info at Slingmedia.com. I have my box and universal outlet adaptor for sale because I am moving to a place without a fast connection. This is what I have for sale for less than the new price:

The BB comes with charger and a cable to connect to a computer. The price includes shipping via EMS (ask me, why?).
