We are currently seeking a motivated and self supervised Sales Executive ideally with previous advertising experience (or similar) and preferably with some background in Travel & Tourism.

You must have a proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets, with the ability to set up a sales function from scratch without much training required.

Skills
1. Strong English writing and conversation level
2. Sales experience and ability
3. Good understanding of the internet as an advertising medium
4. Software skills (MS Word, Excel, PPt, OE) and a quick learner with online program (OpenX)
5. Management of client's ad campaigns, implementation, traffic control, artwork chasing etc.
6. Able to deal with foreigners
7. Right character for working with an impatient foreigner
8. Think outside the box, confidence in decision making

Benefits
1. Full time salary guaranteed: 15,000 baht p/m
2. Commission 15%; range 7,000 - 15,000 baht + p/m
3. Some travel in Thailand (4 trips a year)

The product/company you will be working for is a busy and successful 6-year old internet company, with solid financial basis, that publishes popular travel guides online. Your job will be to sell advertising on the 7 Thailand websites, with leads mostly provided, and maintain the campaigns of the advertisers using online software. Sales are done via phone introduction and email follow through, no money collection is involved.

Working from home with flexible hours, you will be expected to meet quarterly targets, and will have paid trips to Samui, Pattaya, Phuket/krabi and Chiang Mai or Bangkok. You will also be involved with some search engine marketing of the websites, and learning lots in this exciting growing field!
