This is an opportunity to be part of a business new to Thailand but highly successful in other parts of the world: Residential Protection Consulting.

We are the Maximum Security division of Saen Yim Co. Ltd. You may have seen a small article about us recently in Thailand Tatler magazine, a larger one in the Phuket Post Property Plus section or in the current issue of Asia-Pacific Tropical Homes magazine.

We are unique in Thailand's security industry as we do not sell any security equipment or monitoring services nor "rent" personnel. Instead we advise clients on the best possible security package for their residence, family and budget. You can view extensive details of our services on our website.

For each Assessment we do, you will earn THB 1,000. We can do up to 18 of these every week so you can start by earning THB 18,000 per week!

The resulting report will contain several pages of recommendations on how to improve the safety and welfare of their home and family. You will also explain our Individual Security Programs to homeowners while we are doing the Assessment and again when delivering the report to them. Developing a complete Security Program costs THB 100,000 and for each homeowner you convince, you will receive THB 10,000. We can do ten of these per week.
