Search Engine Optimizer (SEO)

Responsibilities:
• Determines popular and competitive keywords to be used for our websites
• Enhances various web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, sitemap, etc.
• Performs competitive analyses to monitor site strengths and weaknesses
• Develops progress reports on ranking, site traffic and optimization strategies
• Works with different departments for website enhancements/modification to ensure that they meet SEO requirements
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in SEO strategies and technologies such as Google ranking, search engine algorithms, link popularity campaigns, AdWords, Paid Per Click Search, Amazon and Ebay
• Ability to write quality keyword lists, optimize Title and Meta tags and keyword-rich text
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Knowledge in script validation using W3C standards is a plus
• Deadline-oriented
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
