I am available to coach one to one at Califonia clubs in either Sukhumwit, Silom or Paragon.
Program prioritise general strength, power with high intensity workouts, CrossFit style. It's a back to basics approach to build strength and condition the body for functional fitness as opposed to the regular approach of the PTs, who use slow paced bodybuilding workouts or weird machines.

I use a combination of free weights and body weight, mostly compound movements including power lifts and olympic lifts. Target s to get people bench press at least their bodyweight, squat beyond their bodyweight and deadlift 2 x bodyweight. Methods differs only in degree of intensity/weights uitlised, not in kind of exercises, which makes it suitable for all ages and both sexes.
