VIA, an international non-profit that places long-term volunteers throughout Asia, needs assistance from Chiang Mai-based NGOs and CBOs. We need to prepare participants to serve as English Resource volunteers and we need help training them for this important work. If we could bring volunteers to visit your office, or you would come speak with our volunteers about NGO work, or best yet, if you can provide a skills-based workshop (like grant writing), we would greatly appreciate it. The volunteers will be in Chiang Mai in late July.

We want to get a these volunteers ready to serve with NGOs based throughout Asia. We are hoping to find people or organizations willing to donate an hour or two of time to share their knowledge and experience with our volunteers. If you can help, please contact me, and if you know anybody else who may be able to help, please spread the word. Thank you in advance.

VIA is a non-governmental, non-religious, non-profit volunteer organization placing volunteers in Asia for 1-2 year terms.
