I can’t make the payments
Two adjoining units in Mountain Front Condo project. (Construction just begining) Buy one, or buy both and have the builders leave out the middle wall.

Unit 401 South (4th floor) 53.94sq meters 1,887,900 baht. This is the original presale price of 35,000 baht per sq. meter, which has since gone up.
I have paid 100,000 baht so far. You take over the payments (I transfer the contract to you) and reimburse me (partially) for the 100,000 baht. Then you pay 30% of the purchase price in 15 monthly payments of 31,091.33 baht. After that, you pay the remaining 70%, 1,321,530 baht, on transfer day at the land office.

Unit 402 South (4th floor) Same deal as above, but it’s a little bigger.
15 installment payments of 36,579.33 baht and then the remaining balance of 1,513,610 baht.

Call 089-851-4860. At the end of November I go into default, so act now.
