No Profit Sale!

I have 1 condo remaining at the life@sukhumvit building, Sukhumvit Soi 61

1-bed, fully furnished, 21st floor. Project will be completed in January 2010.

Great location, on Sukhumvit Road, 5 minutes walk to BTS Ekkamai or BTS Phrakanong.

I already paid installments to AP Thai 414,400 baht installments. I want only the same money back. You must pay 30,000 baht to AP-Thai for transfer fee.

No profit. If you want to sell for profit when the condo is ready, you can.

AP-Thai will transfer the contract to your name, and you continue the last payments, and pay them the rest when the project is complete.

There are 3 more installments you will make (August - October, each month 13,400 baht. Then, nothing to pay until the condo is ready!

The unit is B2 on the 21st floor. The views of the city will be great, as the condo will face down the BTS line towards the city centre.

The building ill also have resident parking, a swimming pool, and a gym.
