This brand new beach front house is a traditional Thai design but has been constructed to full western standards. The house is a stilted construction so underneath the main living space is a very large concrete floored seating/utility area with table and chairs. These spaces are great for spending most of the day as get breeze from all directions and are well protected from the sun.

Upstairs, It has two good sized bedrooms, A large kitchen with contemporary style revealed brickwork and ceiling open to the eaves. The living room is compact but opens out through double doors onto a large wooden veranda that overlooks the garden. The large bathroom has been tiled wall to wall with very attractive Italian marbled stone tiles. All the materials used are tasteful. The house has been basically furnished with high quality beds and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms are airconditioned.

The garden has towering coconut palms as well as many mature trees perfect for shade and lots of palms and shrubs with patchy grass. Being largely natural this is a low maintenance garden. But for most, its what’s at the bottom of the garden that is its major selling point. Approximately 30 metres of beach frontage with mature trees lining the edge perfect for lounging under during the day. The beach itself is golden sand. The view is exceptional, west facing and offers one of the greatest sunset viewing points in the whole of Thailand. The mountains jut out of the sea right in front of the house.

There is ample parking space for several cars.

40,000 thb per month with a minimum contract term of 1 year. However, as they would prefer to rent the house out for a long term rental contract, they have said that they would build a swimming pool in the garden.
This house, although small really is as good as it sounds.
