Baan Sarika is a luxury 5 bedroom beachfront villa, situated on the white sands of peaceful Laem Set beach, on the SW of Koh Samui. The villa is single story, Thai style, consisting of 4 separate buildings, built around a courtyard with feature Thai sala and lotus pond. The interior design is Thai style, with polished teakwood floors and doors throughout. Wooden ceilings and fully air-conditionied. All windows and doors have mosquito screen protection. Bathrooms are decorated with hand painted wash basins affording each an individual style. One building houses the sea view lounge room, dining room and fully equipped Western kitchen. The second has a home office with purpose built storage, wifi broadband internet, telephone and fax connections. There is also a meditation room. The third building is split-level with a private sitting room, bathroom with Jacuzzi and master bedroom, all have sea views. The fourth building houses the second master bedroom suite (with jacuzzi and sauna) plus an additional 3 double bedrooms (all en-suite). All rooms lead to the central courtyard where the design allows for a cooling ocean breeze all year round. At the rear of the villa is the staff accommodation, guest shower and bathroom, laundry and off-road parking. At the front of the property there is a 9m infinity pool with jacuzzi, sun terrace, water feature wall, another Thai sala, outdoor BBQ and sink area, with a variety of formal and casual sitting/dining areas. There is a private gate offering direct access onto beautiful Laem Set beach. A perfect holiday base. Daily housekeeping and chef service is included (you pay for the food).
