Located on 7 beautifully landscaped rai with mountain views and a 1.5 rai emerald swimming pond, this cottage is only 12 km from Chiang Rai. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are beds for 6 but it can sleep up to 10. There are hot water heaters in both bathrooms, full linens and a complete set of kitchen utensils. The dining table is Japanese style and sits 8. Outside on the large deck is a BBQ grill and table with 4 chairs. The swimming pond has a floating raft for the kids. Included in the price are two mountain bikes for exploring the back trails and a Honda Dream 125 cc motorcycle for shopping and going to town. Prices are as follows:
Low Season - April 1 until Sept. 30 - 1 week: 5,000 baht, 1 month: 15,000 baht;
High Season - Oct 1 until Nov. 30 and Feb 15 until March 31 - 1 week: 7,000 baht, 1 month 20,000 baht
Peak Season - Dec 1. until Feb. 14 - 1 week: 10,000 baht, 1 month: 35,000 baht

All reservations require a 50% deposit for confirmation.
